Fincastle Library Change Location

Fincastle has two bookable spaces. The large meeting room can accomodate up to 59 people, depending upon table and chair configurations. The small meeting room contains one table and space for up to 6 people.  

Not-for-profit groups and organizations may use library meeting rooms free of charge when rooms are not needed for activities sponsored in whole or in part by the Library. For-profit groups or businesses may be charged a modest fee for use.

If spaces require cleaning after use, there is a $20 per hour custodial fee. Meeting rooms function on a first-come, first-served basis.  The Library reserves the right to cancel or amend any reservation for any reason without prior notice. 

PUBLIC MEETINGS: Meeting rooms shall be open to the public at all times except for lawful closed sessions of governmental bodies.
